Comprehensive Plan
The Jefferson County Comprehensive Plan is the county's long-range policy document that guides decisions about growth, land use, transportation, housing, conservation, recreation, and capital improvements. It is adopted pursuant to Florida Statutes Chapter 163, Part II.
The plan is periodically updated through the Evaluation and Appraisal process and may be amended by the Board of County Commissioners following public hearings.
